NOTICE ON UPDATING CITIZEN IDENTIFICATION CARDS FOR DOMESTIC INDIVIDUAL INVESTORS
Dear Valued Investors,
Phu Hung Fund Management Joint Stock Company (“PHFM“) would like to inform Valued Investors about the update of Citizen Identification Card (“CCCD“) information for PHVSF open-ended fund certificate trading account records (“Accounts“) of investors at PHFM. Specific details are as follows:
According to the Identification Law No. 26/2023/QH15 promulgated by the National Assembly on November 27, 2023 (effective from July 1, 2024) (the “Identification Law”), the Identification Card (“ID card“) with an expiration date after December 31, 2024 is only valid until the end of December 31, 2024; ID cards that expire from January 15, 2024 to before June 30, 2024 will continue to be valid until the end of June 30, 2024.
In order to ensure that the Investor’s information is updated in accordance with the Identification Law, for Investors who are currently using ID card information to register an Account, please follow the following steps to update information from ID card to CCCD before 01/07/2024 (for ID cards valid until the end of 30/06/2024 according to the Identity Law) or before 01/01/2025 ( for ID cards valid until the end of 31/12/2024 according to the Law on Identification):
- Download the form “Request for change of account information” here;
- Fill in the following information: Full name, Transaction account number, ID card information displayed on the PHFM Mobile system, and CCCD information to update information;
- Sign and write your full name at the bottom of page 1 of the application form;
- Send the dossier including: application form and valid copy of 02 sides of CCCD to the address: Phu Hung Fund Management Joint Stock Company, Professional Support Department, 20th Floor, Phu My Hung Building, No. 8 Hoang Van Thai, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.
Your CCCD information will be updated on the system of VSDC and PHFM Mobile within 02 to 07 working days from the time PHFM receives a complete and valid dossier.
