Portfolio Investment

  1. PHFM negotiates and signs a Portfolio Management Contract with the Investor.
  2. PHFM opens a depository account at Custodian Bank.
  3. The Investor transfers money to the depository account.
  4. PHFM manages the investment and sends regular reports to the Investors.
  5. Before the Contract expires, PHFM sells the portfolio for the Investor.
  6. The Investor receives money from Custodian Bank and the Contract is liquidated.
