Fund Investment

Investment procedures may vary depending on each fund type and each stage in the fund operation. Before making any investment decision, investors should read all the fund documents carefully and seek for consultancy from PHFM.

Investors can join the primary market by contributing capital to establish a public fund or a member fund. PHFM will conduct all the procedures of fund establishment and management upon investors’ request.

Investors can also join the secondary market by buying and selling fund certificates. Generally, investors need to have a securities trading account at a securities company to make purchase and sale order. In case investors invest in public funds or ETFs managed by PHFM, they can choose to open a trading account either at PHFM or at an authorized agent/distributor (i.e. a securities company).
